1. How to order?
Please at first, select the category and find the items you want to order. Write down ID Number , the quantity and select your order delivery way , then tell us. Our sales team will calculate the shipping cost and contact with you. Our sales team will introduce you with our bank information, such as bank account and others.
2. Do you have min order?
Yes, because we only wholesale so there is a min order. But our min order is not too large so if you are retailers, we think that you also can accept it. even if you only need one as sample ,it is ok but it is expensive .
3. payment?
There is some difficulty to finish online payment in China, so we do not accept credit card payment now. But our sales team will guide you to finish your order.
4. How Can I order by volume?
Yes, we welcome volume order. When you find some items you want and want to order volume. You inform us information, include your target quantity and your target price. Our sales team will check the cost by your target quantity and send you our new quotation.
5.How about packing?
Big items will be packed by carton and small items packed by foam. They are strong enough to protect the goods.
6. What is the overall steps to order with you?
Step 1: Click Retail for individual buyers and click Wholesale for full container load order buyers.
Step 2 : Print Item ID with Quantity plus your destination port to Send us via Contact us form. We'll send you a proforma invoice with detail.
Step 3: You make down payment as directed in the proforma invoice.
Step 4: We start your order as soon as we get your deposit.
Step 5: When the goods are finished we'll take pictures and send to you via email for your confirmation.
Step 6: You pay freight at the rate of the shipping time.
Step 7: We arrange export procedures, shipping and prepare documents.
Step 8: We send you all clearance documents avia express mail.
Step 9: You get the goods in your country.
7.Can you mix different types of product for us?
Yes, we do. Apart from the goods we offered we have long term partners to supply different items to meet your requirment and market. We also put small items into cabinets or trunks. It can increase your variety and save shipping.
